VIP HOMEOWNER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The Credit Medics VIP Homeowner Mentorship Program offers assistance to first-time homebuyers in Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. Credit Medics offers pertinent information to the home buyer, also providing relationships with a licensed mortgage originator, real estate agent and beneficial personnel to further assist the homebuyer.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST:

Maintain communication with your mentor

Save all documents and keep track of all meetings.

Save a down payment as low as 3.5% for those with credit scores of 580 or higher.

At that time you will be asked to be ready to accept advice, take action and follow through on all commitments. Your participation in this process is vital to your success.
